Default Mini-Me probs

OK, just completed a Mini-me swap on a D15 CRX DX. Yea, a pain in the butt. Ok, got everything wired and running BUT VTEC. I do not have the RPM switch yet so I cannot hook VTEC up. My problem is I have a Z6 head (92-95) and I have no bottom end. I have an AEM Cam Gear and have advanced 5 degrees but still it is like a turtle. Any opinions???

Problem is your transmission sucks. Do you have less bottom end than before or what?
