Testing waters...B18c-r jdm plug-n-play swap wiring, ecu engine tranny mounts etc into 5th gen civic
Allright guys kinda testing the waters here on my engine. This is a 97 JDM ITR engine with LSD trans, kenji chipped p28 ecu, mounts will be left on, wiring harness will be left complety intact, axles, injectors, throttle cable...nothing needs messed with!!!
All you'll have to do is pull your engine out and drop this one in. Im going to disconnect the wiring harness in the engine bay so all you have to do is plug it into your existing set-up...
No need to rewire a thing Im pretty sure...in some cases you may have to add the vtec wire but thats it.
Before engine was swapped a new Honda timing belt and water pump was installed heck you wont even have to get belts or hoses its ALL there!!!
New gaskets in all the appropriate places...Im sure Im leaving something out...
Anyways its been maintained like no other engine...put 7000 miles on it since the swap.
Why am I thinking of selling? New project engine swap going in and I wont need any of the wiring or mounts...thats what will make this a great place to start.
These engine go for around 4100.00 before shipping and without the proper wiring, new belts and misc. items.
BTW all wiring and timing belt etc. was done by the lead Honda Mech (13 years of service) here in town. I had my hands in on this swap the entire time but felt it would be better for him to do all the more intricate work.
This will be coming straight from our shop to your door packed on a pallet very carefully.
I was thinking around 4500.00 before shipping although personally it sounds like a give away...
OK lets here what you (us) h-t cheap-a$$'s have to say.

Competely documented...is there any other way?
If your mech. inclined the swap is pretty straight forward. Thats the cool thing about this swap, no wiring of the alt. dist. inj. its allready done.
