Default My Turbo Project Update

Well I got the car on my lift to get the oil pan off. Came off really easy! Cleaned it up and marked the place where to put the oil drain return line. Then modified the stock Ford Tbird return line so it would still have a good seal from the turbo. And I'm having all of the stuff professionally welded right now.

I put the turbo on also to test fit it. And wow am I amazed at how everything lines up about perfect! I perfect opening for a nice downpipe and everything! And the EG radiator really helps out A LOT too! So as soon as I get the stuff back, I will hook all the oil up and then I will be spooling! I will hook up the charge pipes sometime this week, I just wanted to get the turbo running and on to see if it's all ok. Wish me luck! I will post pics up soon!

HF manifold
custom adapter plate
T3 turbo
1G DSM BOV
Standalone ECU

And today I should get all my charge pipes done. It sounds so sick! I really love it. It spools but I can't feel no boost! Haha. Well the charge pipes should be on today. Oh yeah I will also be using ford lightning injectors. I'll keep you posted!

It's so nice having a lift at the house in the garage! I suggest you all go out and buy one!

hows the clearance between ur turbo and the crossmember???
i am about to custom do my TD05H turbo with HF manifold into my 4G STD also , and i am afraid it will be hitting my crossmember and that i have to do a custom downpipe straight from the turbo
