Hondata 2b screwing up timing

My distributor is slammed to advance and my ignition timing is stock. this is on a p72. Cam timing is dead on. WTF??

dizzy crapped out , mine did that beore full advance and 2 degree retard .. new dizzy stock position = stock timing so it may be going bad my .02
