Hey guys.. I didnt get much help on my last post for some reason. But I got another question I need answered asap. Im tryin to get the spindle nut off on the pass. side(the big nut on the end of the CV Axle) Ive tried with my air gun to get it off with no luck.. Im gonna try with my breaker bar soon but I gotta know is this nut reversed thread? or regular thread? I gotta get this thing off to get my suspension off. If ya reply to this thanks for the help. Here is some info, I dunno if this helps.....but as far as i know it should be regular thread (not 100% sure on this)

there is a part of the nut that is puposely bent in towards the axle. It prevents the nut from unspinning itself. Did you bend that part back out?

 

Hey guys, I noticed the grove where it was bent in.. but from the looks of it.. where it was bent got moved.. I might have or it might have been like that.. I dont know.. but I had to bend a good part of the nut to get it off... pain in the *** I tell you.. Oh well I got the bitch off.. Now I gotta replace the lower control arm.. luckly that is all that got bent in my accident.. Talk to you later.
