Will a Rockford Fosgate power 350s amp run a 12 inch alpine type r sub properly?

Just like the topic says. Someone help me out please. I have this current setup in my car right now, and i am afraid of blowing my precious type r, or frying my amp.

It would help if you post the specs on the amp and sub. And no, you are not going to blow anything if install correctly.
