Default we all know the SC vs turbo has been beat to death!! but i have a question!!

i've searched about this. and all i get is people that think they know. but are not really sure or not!!!

ok, let's say a turbod stock B16a crx w/ 8lbs of boost and a JRSC'd stock B16a crx w/ 8 lbs of boost. race each other. who would win the most?(i know the driver has alot to do with it as well.)

would they put out about the same numbers?(everything is the same except for the turbo and JRSC on the two!!)

thanks

way to many variables like usual.
is he running a t25 or a sc61. thats the difference between 170whp and 260whp on a stock b16...

to answer your (not so good) question, most of the time the turbo car will win as long as he has a decent sized turbo. most turbos will outflow a JRSC at the same boost level, thus creating more power

I agree, a JRSC robs power from the motor to make power and there is no intercooler. Plus a JRSC'd car is hard to launch off the line with street tires because of the power down low. Turbo is much more efficient per lb of boost and is easier to launch (in my experience, I've had both).

a turbo would be more efficient than a charger. knowing the differences between the two would prove it a given. too many variables.
