Default Would u recommend a turbo GS-R?

I was just thinking i kinda want to go JRSC but then again i can go turbo run lower boost and might save a couple hundred dollars! will i gain more HP from SC or Turbo low boost ? I don't know to much about Forced Inductions on GSR's but Give me your thoughts!

I can get a JRSC installed and tuned for 3,600....great price i know that much

"turbo" and "save a couple hundred dollars" should NEVER be in the same sentence.

With a turbo, you are always spending money and not saving money. You might find bargains, but you are not really saving money! LOL

Why ? Because turbo/FI is NOT CHEAP.... it doesn't stop... kinda like crack, but more addictive.... heh heh.

Honestly, I am not a JRSC guy, cool concept, but I need more power... but I you would be satisfied with a certain power level, then I would say you find out EXACTLY what you are getting for 3600, just the JRSC kit installed ? RRRRrriiip.... After you find out what it will come with, post it up and someone will be able to tell you if its worth it or not.
Hell, JRSC, properly installed with some type of reliable fuel management and spark.... and that would be a pretty good price installed and tuned... but by who ? More specs ! More Specs !

3,600 for SC itself, installed and tuned!!! OF COURSE i know a turbo is not cheap! come on now i was just seeing if there was a way to save alittle money comparing turbo price to the SC price......no need to jerk off on the keys over it! simple question and for X2board gave me a simple answer! thanks later

if you want power GO TURBO!
if you dont want load of power go JRSC

IMO turbo is alot more fun to drive and definitely has more power but you need $$$ to back it up.

Sorry if I offended

My point was, saving money should not be a concern when going F/I...whether turbo, s/c, or n20. All are expensive to do properly, and all are addictive. Evaluate your driving style, power expectations, use, downtime, etc. and decide YOUR best route.

turbo on a gsr, like they have said, is very addictive. not to hard to install. just a couple small modifications to your car is all that is required. a little shaving there, a little cutting there. all in all great experience if you do it yourself. but it is very addictive, i'm already looking to get the aem ems, bigger injectors..... and all that good stuff that includes a fuel system upgrade. when they say it doesn't save money it means that a turbo is upgradable unlike a super charger. therefore you pay more money to get more power. catch 22 if you will. go turbo!!!!
