blew my motor the other day...

i have a d16z6...my question is can i get the block and head from a d16y8 and bolt it on no problem? i need to know ASAP!!

You need to use your obd-1 distributor and injectors.

Wouldnt an LS swap only cost a little more? They are much better for boost. I mean if you dont have the money then you dont have it!

D-Series motors are dirt cheap and he already has the trans for a D-series motor. If went LS, it would cost a lot more because he would need everything for the swap (motor, trans, ecu, axles, etc).
