Default Need some help selecting a turbo

Like the title states, I need some help selecting a turbo to replace the T3T4 that came with the drag kit I have. I am mainly concerned with spool time and torque. Right now my setup hits full boost ~ 4300rpm, and I really don't see myself ever wanting anymore than 350whp out of the car.

Some background:
I bought my drag kit used from a friend who had it on his car for a year or so, it's used, but I got a really good price on it so I'm not complaining. We installed it and I ran it for one day using a Hondata turbo gsr basemap (@ 4psi), then got it dynotuned the next day by Lawrence at Dynospot (a reputable tuner in my area). I got pretty decent numbers, 247whp/177wtq @ 7psi.

I've been driving ~ 100 miles daily for about 3 1/2 months now. I don't drive super-fast all the time but I am on the freeway for 2 hours a day and there are a lot of fast cars in the bay area, so it gets a workout sometimes. I use 15w50 synthetic and change the oil ~ every 2700 miles.

The problem:
Well, last week I was doing my daily inspection and noticed that there was some oil leakage around the center section of the turbo. I track the oil consumption and it hasn't noticibly risen but this leakage, coupled with the fact that the turbo has ~ 30,000 miles on it worries me a little.

What I need help with:
So I'm thinking that I'll pre-emptively strike this problem and buy a new turbo. Mostly because I'm worried about the leakage and high mileage, but also partially because I'd like a turbo with less lag and maybe a little more torque. If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate the help. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money but I'm not super-cheap either.
TIA

you could use a gt32/51 which is good for 400 hp and it will come in like a mountain of rocks fell on you super quick spool.

hmmmm T3 .63/.60 will give you less lag and pull to redline and all and all be a good turbo for you.....

I cant think of any hybrid turbo that would spool faster than the one from the drag kit, the only thing i can think of is maybe one of those super cool precisions(sarcasm). *supposidly* they spool faster.

T3 .63/.60 is good for about 325-350whp

Thanks for the help.
I noticed that the turbo isn't spooling like it used to so it may be time soon...
