When i run my car to normal operating temp. the fan doesnt turn on. When exactly is it supposed to turn on? Could it be a bad relay switch? I alredy checked the fuse box under the dash and they looked fine, i even replaced it just in case. thanks in advance.

check the thermostat, and i had a problem with the o-ring that caused my fan to not turn on, check it

 

thermostat checked out ok. any other suggestions? When is the fan supposed to turn on?

 

did u check the fan switch? happen to me before.

 

thermoswitch, replace it!

 

it turns on after its warmed up on high idle
if the thermostat is ok, check to see if the valve is stuck at all?

 

if you want to turn on your fan in the meantime, place a paperclip that jumps the two terminals on the plug that connects to your thermoswitch.
