Default 99-00 civic swap- o2 help

Ihave a 99 civic hatch. I also have a 99 SI swap. On the SI, the 2nd o2 sesor runs through the floor and plugs to the cat. The plug for the 2nd o2 is on my engine harness. Do I need to use the SI harness and pin the o2 to the ecu or use the HB wiring harness and make it fir the b16?
Thanks

The SI engine harness has the 1st o2 on it. The 2nd o2 is on the dash harness and runs through the floor board. I guess most people use the HB harness.
