Default Primary o2 = male to male on harness?? HELP!?!

I am trying to figure out where the hell to connect my primary o2.. according to the helms I have the right connector... male looking 4 wire....

On the actual o2... the connector is the same ******* plug.. male 4 wire, same colors... Why is this?

Can I cut both connectors off and splice the wires together??!?

Which wirng harness are you using. When i performed my swap and installed the wirng from a 99-2000 si i had to buy the O2 sensor for an SI. If you are using an ex harness you need the o2 sensor from an ex. I found this out the hard way. I tries to splice it but ended up with a CEL so i bought an O2 for an SI.

damn. id just cut em and hardwire them together. if i were doing it id solder them and use heat wrap on it. incase of any rubbing that may occur tape em up also.

i like the bungee cord battery tie down.

What does that mean? What you see is all I have... I bought this car and was not aware of the disconnection and now I am trying to fix it.

The o2 sensor from my 2000 EX had the same end as the one on the 99-2000 SI harness I used. Si i thought there must be a difference in the wiring harness but maybe there isn't.

just cut the o2's harness, buy a dead o2 from someone here and wire on the connector.

get another o2 sensor, or jstu the right plug at a junkyard, getting a whole new harness is stupid and a lot more money than gettign the o2 sensor or sensor plug.
