stock motor guys !
just curious how far the stock b18b has been pushed. i've been thru all the archived dynos' and read the recent dyno threads and it doesn't seem like many people have pushed their stock b series to the edge. most stock ls motors , from what i've seen, people are stopping at 250-300, and very few have taken it to the 300 mark. just curious if anyone knows what the highest hp made on a completely stock block / head b18b or b18c1. i'm at the 320 mark, and i want to take it a step further

on shami's stock LS we made 292whp and 272 tq @ 20psi on 93 octane and then sprayed a 50 shot on top of that on race gas. held up for a year and a half of abuse and now resides in another car and is still getting abused.

are you sure people have made 500 on stock MOTOR or just stock sleeves w/ pistons and rod setup?

What does a post count have to do with anything, he has inline pro in his sig, i know they have pushed motors close to 500whp, Godfatherofboost has made 470whp. all b series vtec's though..

Thats the same basis as who gives a **** about post count
I don't wanna spread misinformation but i think GodfatherOfBoost is running a b18c5 block with LS pistons, 2 stacked headgaskets. Do a search, he holds the Drag radial ET record. Theres quite a few other Stock internal B series Vtec's pushing ~400+ plus, but his 470whp is the most ive heard about, Most are running ARP Headstuds and either a thicker headgasket (inlinepro) or stacked OEM gaskets.
I plan to push 400whp on mine, b16a/2mm gasket/arp's

Conner word up man its mcgloggy. Ya i am enjoying those wheels. How many pounds of boost are u running to make 320? i cant wait till skidmark reunites and we can go cruise. balmans car should be done soon if it is not already. we are gonna go out and murder every domestic in dfw, and i know if i lose u will win for me.
