Ok here's the situation... I currently have a 02' Si. I love the car, but it is leased and I can't do sh*t to it. I am trying to decide if I should get rid of the SI and get a 00' DX hatch from the dealership or maybe a coupe SI. I can't decide. The other piece of the puzzle is that a friend has a built d16 from his EX and some ZEX that he would sell me for $1000 together. These would go nicely into a much cheaper DX Hatch. What do you think?????????

 

Well, If you want to modify your vehicle and its not going to burn to bad to end your lease, then I would get rid of the EP3, But personally I hate to drive a vehicle that I can't mod...Sort of like my g/f car...hahaha...

Get the 00 DX hatchback, Zex it and blow it, then get a B18C5 swap for it, and have fun the whole time

I love my 94-CX hatchback

 

I love the Si coupes, if anything ever happened to my car I think i'd get one and swap in the K20

 

Mod it! What are you worrid about,....its just a lease
unless you really want that hatch (which to me sounds like thats what you want more)

I've leased all of my cars untill the R and they we're all modded:

00 GSR--in the end it had: JDM Front end/JRSC/ LS/VTEC motor/3-diff wheels,coilovers,full exhaust etc,etc

02 RSX-S--- JDM front lip/kit,.Injen/Skunk2 Exhaust/ Ground control Coilovers/TE-37's etc

03 350Z-- 19" VOLK Gt-C's,springs,etc


I've never had any problems,..I wouldn't sweat it!
