Opinions on injector leak..
I have a leak coming from all 4 injectors after installing my AEM FPR/Fuel Rail, Skunk2 Mani., etc. My question is, I have an unstable amt of gas coming (the guage shows 29-32 PSI of fuel coming in) and it leaks from all 4 injectors...
My question is, are the O-rings bad? I would assume so...or maybe the injectors themselves are positioned wrong? Any input would be helpful, as I already have the injector O-rings on the way.

You didn't put the old hardened O-rings back in when you installed the rail, did you?? That would be my guess.
Can you tell whether the leaking is coming from exactly that location?

Old injector o-rings ALWAYS leak. Even relatively new ones will leak when reused, the type of rubber they use is very soft and doesn't hold up to disassembly. They are cheap, order more than four.

Sorry for the huge *** pic...but at least u can see where the gas leaks ( yellowish stain )...Is there an o-ring for the fuel rail? Its not leaking from where the fuel line goes into the rail, but only from where the rail is above the injectors..
Looks like bad o-rings to me...Or bad positioning?

To me it looks like the o-rings are leaking. Buy a new set and even if you don't use them all, they're good to have in the spare parts bin.
Pressurize the fuel system and put your hand underneath the fuel rail where it meets the injectors. Check all the injectors and the regulator as well.
If you've got the fuel rail on the manifold studs and tightened down, the stock injectors will be seated in the rail.

Ive got studs waitin to put in, for now i used bolts...so youre saying to tighten the rail with the studs and injectors will go into place?
Edit> Any place sell the o-rings in stock? Autozone doesnt :/

If the fuel rail is sitting firmly on and secured onto the intake manifold pedestals, then the injectors will also seat themselves regardless of whether you're using bolts or studs....unless you're using much shorter than stock injectors.
You can get injector seal kits from Napa. Pretty expensive b/c you have to buy the entire set at $8/set, and then it'll take a day for the order to come in unless they stock them.

Make sure you install the injectors in the rail first and then install the whole assembly into the intake manifold. This will prevent the injector o-rings from getting pinched, which tends to happen if you assemble it the other way.
Well, im bummed out. I just checked out Napa, and they said they dont even carry any injector related parts.
Went down the street to Foreign Auto Parts, and they dont carry the kit for GSR's
Could I get away with geting the kit for the RS\LS ? I've got my OEM o-rings on the way already, but I wouldnt mind havin a spare...
And yea the injectors were put into the rail 1st.

i had the same problem you have.. skunk2 intake manifold, aemfuel rail, rc injectors.. the only way i got them to stop leaking is get new o rings (dealer) and i had to remove the 3 spacers, and 2 studs.. using the middle stud, there now sitting firmily in place no leaks
there are 3 studs to mount the fuel rail on the intake manifold.. of those 3 studs has 3 washer type spacers that goes between the fuelrail and and intake manifold.. i removed the left stud, the right stud but i keept the middle stud.. i installed the fuel rail without the spacer.. i tighten the 10mm nut until i couldnt move the fuelrail anymore , problem solved
Just re-examined my car again, and found this:
The gas seems to be coming out right above the screws I have in there...Do i need to replace the screws? Theyre in there tight.
The car revs up and down, as ive been told it would, because of the new TB (edelbrock 65mm)...I dont have an intake on there yet (comptech icebox goin on asap) so im open TB...it makes a high pitched, steady noise though. Any idea as to what this is ?
The o rings on the injectors are on the fuel rail side or the manifold side?
Thanks for answering

Instead of studs, im using bolts...would this be my problem? I have the studs laying around, I figured I could use the bolts for now.
The bolts are also tight, and the fuel rail doesnt budge...

LS, GSR, ITR all use the same O-rings. The only difference I've seen with O-rings is on the older 88-91 B16's and 90-93 B18's. Use a newer style O-ring and you will be fine. Also you can reuse the little rubber piece that goes on the bottom of the injector, just have to replace the top.
All else fails contact RC Injectors and see if they could sell you some O-rings. I'd stick with factory myself, can't go wrong with those and its not like they are expensive. And as another user stated, put the injectors in the fuel rail first, then mount the rail onto the intake manifold. Do not force the injectors when mounting the rail. Its also good to twist the injectors on, don't push them straight on. Hope that makes sense.

Another tip if you didn't already know: Lube the o-rings with a coat of motor oil before you insert them into the rail. It'll keep them from snagging and tearing.
