Default Vaccum hoses -

I have a b16a and i'm running a Type R Throttlebody and Intake Manifold -
Problem is that the two vaccum hoses coming from this black cylinder device have to be plugged up (under the fuel filter area). Now on my stock T/B it had a little valve on top (near TPS) to hook up the smaller hoses to. On the R T/B it has two bigger valve (stem) on the left side and right side non on top. I have no idea which hoses to hook up to what? i'll hook up a photo for you guys i'm trying to upload at this point.
