ok guys heres the deal i have a 91 crx dx i swaped the full harness and engine from my buddy's 91 crx si he totaled it i bought it and took everything out of it.i put the harness in i put the motor in everything works but the brake lights heres the thing i hit the brake with the key on and the door ajar light comes on and the chime sounds everytime i hit the brake what did i do wrong?

 

mixed up some wires when you were putting in the harness. or somethin got pinched

 

yeah i know but is there a seperate plug for the door chime?

 

i work on cars six days a week and i make electrical errors. if you are pretty good at reading wiring diagrams you will find your error. tripple check everything and be methodical.

 

i need to know if there is a seperate connection under the dash that controls the door ajar light and chime cause if there is i switched it with the brake plug anyone know?
