90 CRX brake light short
I have an intermittent issue where my driver side brake light wont work. All the running lights work fine, but when I depress the brake, not only will the second filament fail to light, it will cause the whole bulb to go dark.
I replaced the bulb and the whole tail light harness, but made no difference.
I'm trying to avoid ripping the whole interior out just to try to check the whole cabin harness, is there a specific ground spot or section of the harness I should check first?

Re: 90 CRX brake light short
yeah the rear part of the harness runs up under the drivers side..
its not fun
i had to put a wire to my battery for my trailer hitch connector that hooks to the taillights.
Maybe you can start with a volt meter on that bulb socket
the only grounds i found back there were under the center panel of the trunk
compartment and then if I remember on that drivers side there is one in the
access door you pop out to replace your lights.
Pretty sure a wiring harness diagram would be your friend
