it will work with 99-00 ciovic si rear L bracket mount, lower tranny mount and lower driver side mount
the rest you can use off ur 00 civic
also you will need to change all your obd0 components into obd2b

why do you wanna oput an old *** engine in ur car? btw it wont pass smog
