ran a search, but didnt see anything useful

its basically an itr block with 11.5:1 pistons, and a stock gsr head
i have a custom exhaust, and a chopped off intake that was originally for my d16

what type of tuning if at all would i need?
how much am i looking at for it to be tuned at a shop?
