Well it epends on what fuel management and set up u are running in GSR... If stock, your blowing money away out of the water....U don't need to spend $5.00 a gallon on some 105 octane...

Usually yes people with a huge turbo set up will go out and spend the necsessary cash to better their quarter mile times, are u planning on going to the track or racing someone?

What octane do you guys run in your GSR on a daily basis for a mild mannered car (i.e. simple bolt ons such as intake, exhaust, etc.)?

umm just use reccommended fuel for your car.. higher octane isnt goin to do you any better in a stock car. or with minor boltons.

I ran a toluene mixture once that averaged out to about 107 octane, it ran fine with no issues whatsoever.

if you plan to run 105+ octane all day, might as well advance your timing to make your money somewhat worthwhile

From a friend who worked at a large regional painting company. He has since quit, or I'd be running it every weekend.

Yes, yes I am FULLY aware of the fact that higher octane will do nothing for performance. However I only have 87, 89, & 93 octane available in my area, therefore I have been running 93 just to be safe considering the owner's manual says to run 91. I was just curious to see if anyone was running less than the recommended octane rating.
