Default turboing a b18 gsr

I recently bought a integra gsr and im planning on turbocharging and I have a few questions. First of all how much boost can it take on a completely stock engine and 90 octane gas, also how much power will I make? Secondly im planning to install forged low compression pistons and then forged rods, how much boost will it take at each upgrade? And finally what 1/4 mile times will I be running at each modification? Thanks in advanced.

first things first, GSR/ITRs REQUIRE premium fuel...esp turboed apps. i run 93 all the time, nothing less - V-Power baby!

the psi does not matter, it can hold up to 300whp but eventually its gonna need a rebuild.

how much boost it will take is all relative to the size of the turbo the setup and the correct tuning.

generally with a decent size t3/t4 it will take 10 psi and make around 290 -300 hp before it eventually either blows or the piston rings go out and the motor will need a rebuild and smoke like a bear

piston and rod motors have seen over 500 hp

the life of the motor and it's reliability are all tied to tuning.

if you skimp on fuel management, youre playing with fire.

injectors, walboro, and a ems are all things you should be looking into.

with proper tuning, and good maintenance, stock blocks have put down some great numbers.

im happy with mine

If compression is good on the motor and everything is set to go....You can run about 7-8psi untuned and anywhere from 7-13psi tuned on stock internals. You can boost as much as you want, just remember tuning is key and if you blow things up....you better hope it's not your daily driver.
B-series block are very strong.
Also remember that 13psi with a t25 is different then 13psi with a straight T3.....Also a straight T3 at 13psi is completely different from a 60trim t3/t4 at 13psi.
Do your homework and you'll be fine.
