Hooking up extra cooling fan...how should i do it?
My friend gave me one of his old stock prelude fans. I only have one fan now and a blank spot on other side. I was planning on using this new fan for extra cooling, and just run it all the time. Where is the best place to tap the power into. I want it to come on when i crank the car and run constanly.
On my 240sx when I wnated to have two fans running ALL the time....I wired one to the negative battery post and the other was tapped into something tht comes on with the key beng turned over. I personally used the feul pump fuse......
more info please... One says that is pointless to use the prelude fan, and the other says car will burn. Please, a little more details.
