Default post if you have your fan constantly on



where do you have it hooked up to and is it ok to run with it on all the time? im sure it couldnt hurt

my is always on when the engine is at normal temps.

neptune has the fan to be on at 190F

I do too, well more or less. I have it wired up to a swtich, and spliced into my computer harness, fan switch. Wont' cause any harm other then wearing out your fan sooner.

There are two wires on the fan, a power and a ground. Make sure you have the correct polarity or the fan will blow the wrong way, but put one wire to a good ground and for the power wire, run it directly to the in-car fuse box, and just use a spade connector to one of the open +12V ignition spots there (use a multimeter to test), that way it will be on whenever the car is running, HTH
