Default d16z6 build up!! need a bit of advice?

will be building up my d16z6 soon! its getting all new bearings, and stem seals, all gaskets etc.

1, should i coat things like main bearings and con rod bearings in some sort of oil before i install them?

2, Is there any procedure when replacing valve stem seals! or should i just rip em out???

3, Is there any other alternatives to using honda bond???

any suggestions for the rest of build up??? Thanks in advance for any help

1. refer to your manual, it will tell you. shouldnt be doing a rebuild without it anyway.

biggest part about building a d16 up is replacing the stock connecting rods with aftermarket ones like ARP.....if you're getting aftermarket rods you won't have to worry about it anyways......
