Default good investment or bad?

ok, here's the deal. I have an h23 motor that i put an h22 vtec head on and was going to sell it. then i seen a 1992 honda accord for sale for 800 dollars. I want to put the motor into it and i want to know if this would be a costly switch or if maybe i should just sell the motor as it is. the motor is completely rebuilt and it comes with the h23 wiring harness and also has the 5 spd tranny too. someone said it fits right into the 92 accord. I am not at all familiar with the accord because i was working with preludes. has anyone done this swap? and what should i expect to have to get to make this work? ecu?

ok, went and looked at accord today, seen it was in great condition so i bought. not without some mishaps ofcourse, get this, i gave the lady a 400 dollar check to hold till i got back from my bank which was 20 miles away, id be back in an hour with all the cash and get my check back, consider it SOLD!! so i did my duty and when i was pulling into her complex i noticed her and some other dude with a bunch of papers???? naaa she wouldn't right? hell yes, by the time i was getting out of my car she says, ohhh i tried to call you but......... then she says well i got a better offer, this guy offered me 900. I said naa, that just aint right lady, (i could feel my jugular veins about to pop) we had a deal. so i was about to call the cops over it all then i said, well ok, ill offer you 910. so my trip to the bank cost me 110 dollars. I did take pleasure however watching the guy walk off kinda peeved. im sure he was hoping i wouldn't get back before he left.

ok, so it drove awesome, lots of power too. I seen h22a1 on the block and now im really confused about it. Its a 6 banger? sorry guys i havent taken that close a look inside the engine compartment. Im just not at all familiar with the accord engine types yet.

the good thing is i dont have to ask prelude forums anything, damn picky people there, cant say anything without a locked thread or points taken away or big bold words saying read the rules????

my question now is, is it going to be worth the engine swap?

Hey damntired...I am from the Prelude forum too and I want to do the SAME EXACT thing you are. Could you let me know the details as you do the swap??

My H22 should be in my Prelude in a few weeks and I will have a perfectly good H23 just sitting there. Since 4th gen Accords go for pretty cheap...I want to do the same thing you are and use it as a daily driver.

Thanks
