sidemarker question...

should they be lit or not when the lights are turn on?

I wired mine so they blink with my turning signals. i saw someone that had them wired so they're on all the time and i didnt like it. but do it up both ways and use the style you like.

if you must have side markers, wire them to only function with your oem signals.

hmm I didn't get the harness when I got mine.....I need to know about the wire situation aswell, I was told to use spade connections and speaker wire or something similar....

use the positive from your blinker to power the marker.

FYI - these are a safety item , not a cosmetic piece from the factory.

I have four total I believe, all came standard on the EG corner lights. Mostly, but I decided to just use my existing side corner light bulb harness and those extra harnesses for the sidemarkers.

I personally think side markers spark out the JDM image a bit but I've seen them on some Riced out imports (4door accords with Giant spoilers).

They're starting to become a bit Ricey in my book--everyone and their grandmas has one. Ricey protrayed as BroadWay Mirrors but not literally Rice because BroadWay Mirrors still serve a purpose (safety). Sidemarkers are just getting that bit of rice to them but they are still for safety.
