Hi, I Have just put a b18a lsvtec into a 94 civic dx. I am using the dx wiring harness and p28 ecu. The CEL keeps coming on. I have checked the code but it is a constant flash. After I reset CEL comes right back on. I even tried just turning the ignition key to on but not starting the engine, The CEL stays on. Next I tried putting the dx ECU back in and the CEL light still comes on. THE o2 sensor reads .7v cold or hot and the other sensors seem to check out good. Anyone have some suggestions?
