Are you just wanting to know how to set the timing for the timing belts?

well im assuming that #1 piston is at TDC and you have the cam gears with marks upwards. then you have a centerpunch or or similiar item through the first cam bearing hole in the bearing cap that centers the cams. distributor rotor is pointing at #1 cylinder? if all these prove true then its just a matter of relieving belt tentioner and routing belt. once on you turn the motor counterclockwise until three teeth of cam gear has passed centerpoint. then tighten tentioner bolts.

have you removed the punch/bolts that you were using to hold cams in place through #1 cam mains as explained above?

if your valve cover is off look behind the cam gear itself inside the valve cover area and on the very first cam cap you should see a tit off the cap with a hole. you can put a punch through the hole into the cam itself to center it at 12 o'clock.
