Are you still running 5w-30 motor oil? If you are, try going up to 10w-30 motor oil.

more than likely your rings are worn, changing oil won't help ya. time for a rebuild.

Do a compression check first.

There was a recent thread about how GSR's do use oil.
Attributed to the hot exhaust cam that burns up some oil, and the VTEC system.
(I don't know but I been told).
As for myself, it sounds logical, but you gotta figure a motor running at 8200 rpm is going to burn and maybe blow a little oil.
A compression check is definitely sound advice though.
