Default factory gsr cam center lines?

I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm putting together a turbo gsr motor with the factory gsr cams, I'm not sure how much material was shaved off the block and head so I'm looking for the factory centerline or valve opening numbers to set the cams at .

with GS-R cams, there is a hole on your cam plate cover that you can use with a .5mm punch that will line up the cam right at center.
