Default RC 550 injector install questions

I'm going to be helping my buddy install his rc 550's tomorrow into LS engine. From the research that I've done the rc's come with all the injector seals. Also I remember when I installed my precesion 440 injectors I had to dremel part of injector for the clip would fit inside the injector. Will I have to do this for the rc's? He has obd 1 injector clips. Any other helpful advise would be appreciated. Thanks

When I installed my satured RC 550's on my LS, I didn't need to dremel anything. I have OBD 1 clips too.

Good, how about the injector seals? Did you re-use the stock one that sits in the intake manifold or did you use the one that came with the rc injectors? You didn't have to go to the store and buy the injector seal kit did you? Thanks rainman.

I would get an injector seal kit. I reused mine and for a while they worked fine but now I'm running into a small fuel leak problem.

My RC's came with new bottom seals, top orings and cushions.
The only thing I noticed when putting mine on, were we used 3 small washers under the fuel rail(on the 3 studs) to washer it up a bit. Otherwise the "cushions" get really smashed down. Also, the injector harness/clips sit closer to the rail so it's a little bit of a tight fit.
