My car is acting wierd for some reason it seems like the rpms jump around when it gets around 6000-6500 rpms. its starts to sputter/bog and i dont know what to do. It doesnt happen all the time it just started recently the motor is a b18c1 with skunk 2 im ,itr header and chipped p28 ecu.

Check your oil, you might be a little low.

 

That is what i thought the problem might be but my oil level is good but it seems like it does this after i have been driving awhile.

check your vtec wireing, make sure the grounds for the solenoid/pressure switch are in good shape! take the vtec solenoid assembly off the head, and clean the metal screen it might be clogged!

could my timing being off have anything to do with this because my head is slightly milled.

 

name everything that is done to the engine! no one will ever know what is worng with the car because we dont know what is done to the vafc and what program you are running on the ecu. are you sure you got a p28? just a suggestion to better help you out bro!

The motor is a oo b18ci with skunk 2 IM, JDM ITR header, chipped p28 5000 x-over and i was told when i got the motor that it looked like the head was milled a little. I dont have a vafc or hondata but it ran perfect before.
