The ignition coil is suspect, but you may need a whole new distributor.

Have you checked all these?

Engine rotates but will not start

- Fuel tank empty.
- Battery discharged.
- Battery terminal connections loose or corroded.
- Leaking fuel injectors, faulty fuel pump, faulty fuel pressure regulator.
- Fuel not reaching the fuel rail.
Ignition components damp or damaged.
- Worn, faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs.
- Broken, loose or disconnected wiring in the starting circuit.
- Loose distributor is changing ignition timing.
- Broken, loose or disconnected wires at the ignition coil or faulty coil.

Disconnect the 2 wires to the coil, connect a test light between them, crank the engnie over. If you have a blinking light there then the coil is bad. If not, you should check the continuity of the wires between the ecu and the distributor.

Did you try the testlight check suggested by boostn420? Might help narrow down the problem.

hmm..i had an experience w/ this once on my gsr. motor was running fine when i pulled it out to do a h22 swap, but then when i went to install the gsr into my hatch, motor wouldnt start no more. i couldnt understand why...i checked pretty much everything i could like how you did..but found out my timing was off. I have no clue how the timming was off, but it was off alot. I just redid my timming and wham...it cranked right up. Check your timming...if not timming..fuses maybe.
