The easiet way to pass is by installing all the OE emissions equipment (catalytic converter...etc), reinstall the OBDII ECU if your using an OBDI ECU, get a Greddy turbo EO sticker copy, and install the SMC. The SMC will allow you to trim the 440cc-550cc injectors to pass emissions easily and it's compatable with all OBDII and up ECUs. And if you don't have your secondary O2 sensor any longer due to a straight pipe you can always use the O2SIM to simulate the readings.

No, you will not. The resistors just increase the overall impedance of the injectors so that the drive transistors in the ECU do not overheat.

your V-AFC setting will determine how much fuel your injectors will dump. you will have to FINE - TUNE the car to run fine without the turbo. you will need a wideband for that becuz you need to know where you A/F Ratio is at. even if keep the V-AFC at -38 all around, you still don't know where your A/F Ratio at.

your best bet is to go back to stock injectors with stock ecu.

that would be a pretty big hassle to re wire the obd2 injectors and take out the resistor box just for smog and then put them back in the next day. any other thoughs

you do what you have to do.

you should have wired your resistor box in an efficent manner. all i have to do is move 5 pins and the my resistor box is disconnected or vice-versa.

here is a pix of how clean and simple it is:
