car is a stock block gsr, full greddy kit w/ tuner toys 450cc injectors, obx hi flow cat, tuned on crome. since its a greddy kit im sure ill find a shop thatll eventually let me smog it on visual since its technically street legal, but im wondering will it pass the emissions part? im concerned because i used 450cc instead of 310cc injectors and i have a high flow cat(straight pipe/resonator?) on the car. i would throw on the stock cat, but my high flow is welded on.

think i have a chance of passing? or should i not even try at all and use that money towards a smog hookup?

No, you more than likely will not pass the sniff test without a working cat.

Don't even try it. Spend the $150-200 and know for a fact it will pass. You are going to spend $40-50 + your time to get denied, then your still going to half to spend 150-200 to smog. Not to mention some smog places that do hook ups, wont hook you up if you recently failed.
