Default d-series rods'n'bearings

putting a6 pistons and RODS into a y7 motor is ok as the rods are all the same so does this mean all the rod bearings are all the same (as long as they are the right size)
the reason im asking this is because ive been sent some rod bearings for a dohc zc engine will these be ok to use in my y7 with a6 rods
as if they are no good it will mean shipping them back to the us from over here in the uk i need to know if these will be ok

When I bought my ACL bearings there was one size for all D16's. They should be fine.
