Any got any thoughts on this amp? Im trying to figure out how good are PG's... I just know they are good but how good are thye in relation to rockford fosgate amps? Also what kind of power should I expect of this particular amp since Im hoping to power 2 Punch HX's that are like 400watts each...

Any thoughts on PG or the zx400 amp in particular? How much do these usually cost?

The PG ZX400 is a very good amp.
Please do not insult the PG name by comparing it to throck fart fast break ****.
But All kidding aside, PG ZX is a far superior amp to RF in all aspects.
Anyways, don't expect much RMS over the rated. Usually the birth sheets on PG amps will be like 14wrms or so over rated.
But the real importance is the increased headroom it wil have, which you will need when your subs want power.
PG makes quality amps.
I ran my old ZX400Ti for a few years, had plenty of life left in it.
small amp, big kick.
A bit ineffecient, but still a great amp.
