Atleast its boosted, you get somekinda of power anyway.

 

It could be worse... he could of installed a sohc D15 non-vtec Maybe he was just trying to be creative

 

A well built b16 with the right turbo would still haul ***...even in a prelude. I've seen 400whp and gobs of tq in a boosted b16, although I still think its retarded I'm just playing devils advocate.

i agree. also, he might've ran outta money and just couldn't afford a h22... b16's are way cheaper. not that i condone sucha stupid act putting a civic engine in a beloved lude.

 

i'd rather wait forever then to doa stupid move like that... i see that move as one of those couple screw ups u did when u drunk that ur allowed to have during ur life here on earth.

B16A2 swaps are actually more, then a JDM H22A swap.

one of the V6's?

as far as the H22 goes...it's torquier than a bseries but i'm sure most people outside of us BB_ nuts will find the tq #'s on a stock H22 tepid at best...

 

I Have seen a B16 in a prelude before, but it was a 2nd gen and compared to the A20A from the 2nd gen the B16 is amazing, but in a 4th gen they need to be bitch slapped......I hope it's just a typo.

Beleive me thats no typo!

 

the h23 would have been a better choice to boost...My guess is he just did it to be different. I have seen show cars of civics with integra front ends and a d15 in it. It was only for show though. Give people something they've never seen
