i would just stick with 2.5" piping. 3" IMO is overkill. however, i've seen people do 2.5" from turbo to FMIC and then 3" from FMIC to TB to reduce pressure drop.

for 600hp...then i would go with 3" but are you really gunna run 600hp? if not then the larger piping will hurt, not help.

The most i'd ever go is 2.75" unless this is going to be a full all out drag car pushing over 750whp.

i would stay with 2.5", plus i 've heard smaller piping is better for a bigger turbo. It makes it spool up fast because your forcing more air flow in it. The bigger piping gives it to much room and does not get fulled. But like I said I do not know if its true, its what I heard.

def 2.5
i'm no expert but 3" would be ridiculously thick,

I highly doubt your running the kind of massing hp setup that would warrant that.

remember this isnt cold air intake piping your working with here,
its charge piping

Decent input...thanks tad & 00silverls(sarcastically) i didnt just pull the 600hp figure out of my *** ...and when it comes to racecars ive seen a fair share of them running 3" aluminum pipe.

i would think that having a smaller piping would spool up a little faster....
