So what are the characteristics between the 2? Does one spool faster? More horsepower?

The E's usually flow more thus producing more horsepower.

thats a pretty good answer, yet still kinda vague. I just got a T3/T4b, and I wanna know what advantages the e has over the b...and how could it usually flow more? wouldn't that be a constant thing, not an occasional thing?
