i'm holding at 6.5 psi. i have the large intercooler. i don't really understand ur question about the vacuum. the only vacuum line i have is from the turbo actuator to the vacuum source on the intake manifold.

I'm having a little spike then it'll hold steady. I'm gonna try to port out the wastegate to see if it'll fix the problem.

As far as the vacumm from the wastegate comes from any vacumm source such as the IM, brake booster,etc..

I see most people are runing it off the intake mani, maybe its not holding for me because i'm runing it off the turbo compressor

In the Haynes Manual there are 3 vacuums on the intake manifold, which one is the right one to use?

you know that arm coming out of the actuator? it's threaded, and has a nut on it. loosen the nut, take the threaded arm off the flap arm, turn the eyelet acouple of turns to lenghten it, then tighten up the nut, and put the eyelet back on the flap arm.

hmm guess i can give that a try first, are you using a MBC or EBC to increase the boost or are you adjusting the nut?
