Wiring Up JDM Fogs Without Harness...(Searched)
I have a set of JDM Fogs that i want to put on my car. The only problem is, they came with nothing but the fogs and the faceplates. I already put butt splices on both wires on each fogs, so i have 2 wires ready to be wired up on each fog. A total of 4 wires. I dont have any harness with these, so they have to be hard wired. I alredy got a switch installed in my armrest (Full gsr interior in my car).
I've read though that these switches cant handle the amps or something to power the fogs, and I have to use a relay? I dont know anyhting really about electronics, accept that those fogs probly have one power wire and one ground right?
If someone could make me a diagram how to wire these in manually I would be very appreaciative. I plan to tap a 12V source from the fusebox to supply power, unless someone knows a better place to get power from. Thanks in advance.

go to Autozone and buy the $5.00 driving light wiring kit made by Pilot. The kit comes with a switch, inline fuse, and three wires. white and black wires for the fog lights and a red wire for power. The intructions are on the back of the package, and the install was a breeze.
