SPOON Interior PIC REQUEST DC5
if ur talkin about the new TI shiftknob from Spoon i've heard alot of them have been breaking... just something to think about before you spend $90 on it

quite a few of them have broken at least that is what i heard at the S2Ki forum site... the problem seems to be that they are too thin (lightweight can get you!) here is the thread... http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/...74184

Personally i prefer a weighted shift ****. Makes for better/smoother shifts. That's why i went with the Acura aluminum shift ****.

A couple of them look like they had a bad weld between the threaded piece that screws onto the shift lever and the shell of the ****. The 2 pieces snapped apart.
I've had mine for 2 months... no issues to speak of. I have a feeling it was just a bad early batch.
