99-00 SI rear disc should be direct bolt but don't quote me on that.

99-00 SI (SIR for Canadian) will bolt right on. GSR breaks will also go on but I think it won't be as direct as SIR setup.

get 94-01 integra GSR brakes. usually they will just send them with the entire trailing arm and you can just bolt it right up.

Either the GSR or SI brakes will be completely fine, a bolt on affair. It doesn't matter what one you get, they will deliver the same in performance, so get whatever one is priced better.

integra or 99-00 si discs are fine, but 99-00 si ebrakes cables would be a better solution
