hi, i searched no helpful info. using a jdm p13 obd1 ecu in a 96 lude with a skunk2 harness. i have a code 12 egr cel. i called skunk and thay said something about the jdm ecu doesn't use a egr and the only way to fix the code is to pin the ecu, but way will it put up a code if its not looking for it? and im just wondering if anyone here has delt with this. the guy said it had been a few years since he had done this and that he wasn't for sure how thay fixed it.and if i cant figure it out do you guys know if i can just chip the ecu to get ride of the egr crap? so let me know what you think. later

its most likely cuz you got a harness for a civic that doesnt use egr stuff. your gonna have to figure out the pin outs of each ecu and run wires from the apropriate pins.

 

nope, i have the correct harness. already checked the part numbers.
