Default ECU Program Suggestions

Hey guys Im about ready to put in my motor, but i gotta get an ecu. im just gonna get a chipped one from eg6ajk. I am putting a b16 in to my 5th gen. The only upgrades I have on it are I.H.E., underdrive crank pulley, cam gears, and that's about it. I don't plan on going crazy with the motor. He has a JDM P08 ecu he said i can use, is there any problem using this with my setup. also do you guys suggest certain chips to run with it. im thinking about J's Racing, Mugen, and one other. Oh if i get knock disabled, will this affect anything? do i really need knock?

TIA

Forget the knock sensor and run a J's program, that's what I'm running. I'd offer to plug my ECU into your car but you don't have the motor in yet.
