I've been reading and reading and reading almost all the topics using of course https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch about the d16z6 swap into my 88 D15B1 Civic Hatch. I'm trying to gather all the information and hoping that somebody can acknowledge or correct my list of things to do....
1. D16Z6 Engine
2. Can I reuse the S20 Transmission?
3. D15B1 Driver side Motor mount
4. DPFI to MPFI conversion
5. P28 ECU
6. OBD-0 to OBD-1 Jumpers (Contact blownn90hatch)
7. Install and I'm Done!
Transmission is my biggest concern. The MPFI conversion seems abit tricky. Any HELP is greatly welcomed.

The S20 is the hydro tranny from the Z6 correct? You can't use it unless you fabricate your own upper tranny mount and rear tranny bracket. Then you would need the HASport hydro to cable mechanism or install the hydro system. 
Just get an 88-91 Civic/CRX Si cable tranny or a DX one at least. The gearing of the DX and Si are the same except the Si has a slightly better final drive. Other than that it looks like you're off to a good start with your research.
