Two things ...white smoke and brown water...WTF??!?!!?!?
1) OK i read the post on the white smoke earlier, but i got a little twist in my problem. The car is not being driven. So it's always running cold. I try and run it one or twice a week (it's in my garage currently) and this happens every once in awhile. My idle is usualy high, around 2000 when i first start the car, but after it runs for about 5 to 7 minutes it comes down to around to 950. Is the white smoke normal with a car that doesn't move too often, and is run as little as mine is?
2)The other day after running it for around 5 minutes, i revved it a bit, just like 4 or 5, then my friend got in the car then at took it to around 7800!!!!!! WTF!!!!... anyways, when i turned the car off and went around to close the garage door, there was brown water, a little pool under the tail pipe, and then spray on my bro's car (parked behind mine). It had a hint of gasoline. I talked to a buddy he said it was normal? I ran it yesterday and no brown water... took it up to around 5 or 6 after running for awhile. Any info is appreciate.

you should hurry up and sell me your car before it blows up!!!!! white smoke = cold startup
brown shyt= exhaust /steam blowing out the pipe. no problem, but still why risk it, sell me your car

The smoke is normal. White smoke just indicates water being burned in the exhaust. Usually happens when it is cold or in the early morning.
The brown liquid is probably sediment settled in your pipes. Do you have a rusty exhaust? How much gas have you got in the car? If you have excessive brown color in the water you can try some injector cleaner (I would use Chevron Techron).
